Cash prizes totaling $25,000, including two $5,000 grand prizes, plus other prizes in three divisions: professional, amateur and youth. Winning photographs will be published online and a selection will appear in the December 2009 issue of the magazine.

Suggestions of outdoor adventure shots where people are having fun are: festivals, water sports, parades, hiking, kayaking, wildlife, competitions or anything that shows how we have fun in Maine with a creative flair.
